By accessing or using The Mistwood ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"), including our Telegram Mini App and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Game.

2. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to art, graphics, gameplay mechanics, and software) are owned by The Mistwood and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Accounts & Telegram Integration

The Mistwood is accessed primarily via Telegram. You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Telegram account. Your progress and in-game assets are tied to your Telegram ID.

4. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

The Game may include virtual currency and virtual items. These have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items and currency at any time, with or without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party software (bots, hacks), or engaging in abusive behavior towards other players.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
